01 Overview
Baumhaus AI (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Site”) is the personal portfolio site of Brian Greenbaum, available at baumhausai.com. The Site includes:
- A portfolio of personal projects and experiments.
- The AI Builder Signal — a free weekly email digest of trends, pain points, and ideas surfaced from AI builder communities on Reddit.
- The Signal & Noise AI build-idea generator — a client-side web tool that combines product concepts and modifiers to produce build ideas.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site or to subscribe to AI Builder Signal. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Site.
03 The Newsletter (AI Builder Signal)
Subscribing to AI Builder Signal is free. By submitting your email address through the subscribe form, you agree to receive a weekly email digest at the address you provided. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email — one click and your address is marked inactive immediately.
The newsletter is curated automatically from publicly visible Reddit posts and other public sources, then summarized. We do not guarantee that any item in the digest is accurate, current, or reflects the official position of any community or platform referenced.
04 Signal & Noise Generator and AI-Generated Content
The build ideas, descriptions, taglines, and voices produced by the Signal & Noise generator are generated programmatically and are intended for inspiration only. They are not investment advice, business advice, legal advice, or any other kind of professional advice.
The generator runs entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or see what you generate. You are free to use any output for any lawful purpose, with the understanding that other users may produce identical or near-identical outputs given the finite (though large) combinatorial space.
Project descriptions, screenshots, and copy on the portfolio pages describe Brian’s personal projects and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer to sell, license, or provide any product or service unless explicitly stated.
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit email addresses you do not own or do not have permission to subscribe.
- Attempt to flood, scrape, or otherwise abuse the subscribe or unsubscribe endpoints.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the security or rate-limiting of the Site.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site, the newsletter, or the Signal & Noise generator without permission.
- Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
06 Intellectual Property
The Site — its design, code, copy, and project descriptions — is the property of Brian Greenbaum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to public pages of the Site freely. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, or republish substantial portions without express written permission.
Trademarks, logos, and product names referenced on the Site (including those of third-party services described in project write-ups) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
07 Third-Party Links and References
The Site links to and references third-party services (for example, GitHub, Vercel, Anthropic, Hailo, n8n, Reddit, and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of any third-party site is governed by its own terms.
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING NEWSLETTER ITEMS AND GENERATED IDEAS, IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR USEFUL FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
09 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON IT (INCLUDING NEWSLETTER ITEMS AND GENERATED IDEAS).
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
10 Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Site, or any feature of it, at any time without notice. We may also block or remove a subscriber from the newsletter at our discretion if we believe the address is being used in violation of these Terms.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado.
